I found Stefan on the internet while looking for an agent to help me buy a house in Marin. I was impressed with his use of technology and data, experience as a contractor and commitment to his customers. In meeting w Stefan I told him my mother had just passed away and the siblings and are were planning on selling the family home that we all grew up in. Finding an agent to sell the family home was not my decision and Stefan was kind and understanding and there was no pressure to go with him. However when he did meet my siblings we all know he was the agent for us. Throughout this laborious and sometimes painful process Stefan was collaborative, made his recommendations but let us decide how we wanted to proceed from timing of the sale to updating some features of the home. As a result the house was sold for over asking.

Stefan was amazing. We worked with him for just over a year to find our perfect home. He showed us numerous homes in a variety of locations in Marin. Some that were definitely possibilities, and some that weren't so much. He was patient - never pushy. He helped guide us when we were unsure, and offered a nudge when he thought we needed it. When we finally found the home we liked, he acted swiftly to help us close the deal. And now we have a wonderful place that we couldn't be happier with. He has even been helpful post-purchase to make sure we find contractors and vendors who are the highly-skilled and worth every penny. Can't say enough about Stefan - he's 5 stars all the way.

Our family needed to sell our family home after 59 years of beautiful memories. Of course, this was a very emotional process for us. We were so blessed to find Stefan because he was so respectful of our situation. He was so professional while still being very kind. Stefan proved to be an excellent negotiator and we were very pleased with the final sale price. The sale was quick and painless thanks to his advice and efficiency.
